Women Empowerment

MPSSS through its facilitation, assist its partners through People Led Development Program where the women are taking a lead role to develop their village without any external support.

 

Ø Identifying active women as community leaders as an agents of change in their village 

Ø  Inforrmation dissemination and awareness generation regarding sexual and reproductive health through adoption of Peer-to-Peer approach

Ø Increased access to agricultural resources and entitlements through preservation of local knowledge (indigenous seeds, organic fertilizers), trainings & information dissemination

Ø Formation of CBOs for women

Ø Women action towards community development  (Public Hearing)

Ø 264 New CBOs formed and have 47584558 INR

Ø 5244 people took part in 115 Food Melas

Ø 5418 people participated in 149 Seed Fairs

Ø 1740 people earned,10086783 INR through IGPs
